 Dad and the boys did some crafts/ornament painting too and they loved it!

 Jocelyn LOVED the blue food coloring!!

Christmas Recap {in A LOT of pictures}

{sorry for a VERY long post but this was much easier than doing 6 different posts!!}
We started off our Christmas celebrations on Saturday with Christmas at my parents. We got out there in the morning and had breakfast and played and the boys (the big boys) did a little hunting and then we opened presents and had ribs, steak, pork loin and chicken with some yummy sides for supper. Everyone was sooo spoiled and all the kids were sooo excited to play with their new presents!!

 Then on Sunday we headed to Marshalltown for a quick photo session for me and then to Jon's parents for supper. The kids made their own Papa Murphy's pizza and we hung out that night. Jon met some friends at the bar and I took "Jossy duty" (she was NOT sleeping at all for 3 nights straight, we've all been sick here) and then when Jon got home at 1AM he took miss Jocelyn. Monday morning, Christmas Eve day, we had a yummy breakfast casserole and cinnamon for breakfast and then opened presents. Once again the kids were spoiled!! The boys LOVED their garbage trucks and the girls loved pushing their babies in the stroller! After presents we had some lunch and then got ready for church. After church we headed back to the house for another Christmas with Jon's extended family. Another fun time with everyone!!

 We got home from Mashalltown about 8:30 and we all opened new jammies!! We read the Night Before Christmas, got Santa's cookies and milk ready and sprinkled our reindeer food in the yard and got their carrots all set out. Then all the kiddos CRASHED hard!! Mr. and Mrs. Claus got to work and headed to bed around 10. The kids woke up at 7 Christmas morning and I had the monkey bread for breakfast in the oven and we opened gifts from Santa and the gifts we got the kids. The kids LOVED the robots Santa got them and the girls were excited to play with their first little doll house/castle!  Jon and I are excited about our Jamaica trip at the end of January!! After we had some breakfast we let the kids play a little bit while I cleaned up and then we all got ready and headed into Grandma Schauper's house for our 5th Christmas! We had a YUMMY lunch in there and the kids opened a few more gifts. They are SOOO excited for the little trampoline they got, they love it!! After hanging out in to Grams we headed out to mom and dad's to put the girls down for a little nap and had a quick supper before heading home.

 We hope you all had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!! We have our last Christmas with my grandma tomorrow and we're looking forward to seeing everyone there!!
